Samus vs Cyclops

Suggested by Sonic Samus and Cyclops are both fighters who really use a lot of long range tactics although they can fight up close as needed. Samus would usually crush Cyclops when considering base stats but his Phoenix Mode is definitely way too much for Samus. Samus’ Zero Laser just won’t be able to compete here and ultimately that’s where Cyclops will pull ahead. His firepower is unmatched. Cyclops wins.

Zane vs Punk

Suggested by Sonic Zane has a lot of powerful monsters at his disposal but they won’t be enough to make up the difference against Punk’s speed. Punk is fast enough to get into range and land some damaging blows before zipping out. Zane has a lot of cards to get through but it won’t be a big deal for Punk to shred them all before taking Zane out. Punk wins.

Woody vs Nemo

This is a tribute to Toy Story 2. Woody returns for another adventure and he still looked pretty good here. When you compare him to the other toys he still holds up as being a tough competitor. In terms of strength Nemo is pretty close to Woody, but Woody has weapons and gadgets at his disposal. Yeah they’re toy weapons but at this size they aren’t a bad idea. Woody wins.

Woody vs Forky

This is a tribute to Toy Story. Woody has some pretty good techniques and while he may have been jealous of Buzz, he ultimately made the right call. Meanwhile Forky is one of those characters who I would say never quite made it all the way to being a cool character. He’s not as tough as Woody either. Woody wins.

Max Dembo vs John McClane

This is a tribute to Die Hard 4. McClane is back and he was in top form. He definitely won’t be losing to someone who only has modest skill with a gun. John is tougher in hand to hand plus he is also more skilled with the gun. He’s really got every possible advantage in a 1 on 1 fight. John McClane wins.

Edgar Hopper vs John McClane

This is a tribute to Die Hard 3. I’d say that John McClane looked pretty good here. He may have been on the defensive for most of the movie but at the end of the day he got the win when it counted. Hopper doesn’t have the same drive and fortitude that would be needed to keep on going in a fight like this. He would go down pretty fast. John McClane wins.

Mori Jin vs Daewi

Daewi has returned but he won’t be doing anything against Mori Jin. At this point Mori is faster and stronger than Daewi. He’s always been the better fighter in terms of technique as well so that makes this a quick win. Daewi’s abilities are impressive to be sure, but they just aren’t enough for him to climb up to Mori’s level. Mori Jin wins.

Isshiki Otsutsuki vs Android 17

Isshiki Otsutsuki can absorb energy and fight at a high speed so in a way this fighting style is like Android 17. That said, Android 17’s taken on guys like Jiren in the past and his forcefields have held out for a bit. Isshiki will have a very difficult time breaching Android 17’s defenses and definitely won’t be able to do it in time to grab a win here. Android 17 wins.

Tyson vs Hiro

Hiro is a good coach and he always pushes Tyson to be better and better. That being said, I don’t think his Beyblade skills have managed to stick with Tyson. Hiro just barely defeated Ray and that was before Ray did some further training. Tyson has continued to improve at a rapid pace as well so I would say that he has this match in the bag. Tyson wins.

Mira Yu vs Daewi

Mira and Daewi are Mori’s two teammates so you can think of them as rivals to an extent. Both of them want to contribute to the team as much as possible. By the end of the series both of them have got tremendous power but I would give Daewi the edge in the end. His punches are just too powerful and Mira would have a tough time trying to get through the natural forces ability. Daewi wins.
