Dagger vs Donna Troy

Suggested by iKnowledge Dagger is a pretty skilled mage for sure. Her healing abilities will make this a dangerous fight if Donna doesn’t take her out immediately. She also has a nice variety of summons including the Bahamut which will help her defenses. That being said, I think Donna’s speed will be enough to get around them. She doesn’t necessarily have to beat the monsters to take down Dagger after all. She can hold her own against them for as long as it takes until she gets to Dagger. Dagger just doesn’t have the physical abilities needed to keep away long enough to win. Donna Troy wins.

Lady Shiva vs Hitomi

Suggested by iKnowledge It’s time for Lady Shiva to take on another pretty tough DOA character. While the others had the edge on her, I think Shiva has a reasonable chance here because Hitomi doesn’t have any other special abilities beyond her close combat skills. Since we’re talking pure hand to hand here, I think Shiva would manage to pull out a victory. It’ll be a very difficult match for her, but one that is definitely winnable. Lady Shiva wins.

This is a tribute to the Bumblebee film. While the movie was actually pretty good, I can’t say that the lead was quite as solid. After losing his memory he also lost a lot of his composure and nerve which ended up hurting him quite a lot in the climax. He wasn’t even really fighting back throughout the battles which was a little iffy. While he eventually found his footing it was too late. Just as it will be here since Kurama has the massive sped advantage and will easily be able to ensnare the Autobot with his whip. Bumblebee will fall to pieces. Kurama wins.

Guyver vs Punisher

Suggested by Anonymous Punisher has a gun which doesn’t sound too impressive at first, but he became the Ghost Rider at one point and I think he also got the Symbiote. He’ll put up a reasonable fight here, but Guyver still has the massive edge in firepower. That’s what’s going to set Punisher back. Guyver can fly at high speeds and fire off energy blasts. Punisher will have to stay on defense for a while and then he will eventually go down. Guyver wins.

Suggested by Anonymous Luke Cage is a pretty strong guy. He’s effectively bullet proof and has been slightly amped up in the past. The guy’s a powerhouse, but I would make the case that he isn’t quite as strong as Guyver. He certainly can’t keep up with the guy’s speed either which makes this a losing match for Luke all around. There isn’t any stat where Luke outranks Guyver and that is a serious problem if he wants to win. It’s very difficult to win a fight without some kind of edge. Guyver wins.

Suggested by Anonymous Black Widow is a pretty solid hand to hand fighter, but it’s hard to deal with a fighter as strong and skilled as Guyver. Guyver’s got enough power to take down an army of fighters. What can Black Widow really do against that? Most of her weapons won’t even scratch his armor and a single counter blast will take her down for the count. He’s just getting started and you’ll be seeing Guyver more coming up. Guyver wins.

Mirio vs Asta

Mirio has a lot of strength which he has honed over the years. Coupled with his ability to phase through objects he is a very talented fighter. That will let him put up a good fight here, but he will still be unable to take on an opponent as fierce as Asta. Asta has tremendous levels of speed at his disposal and he can really dish out the pain. In terms of physical strength I’d likely give Asta the slight edge as well. He’ll never give up and that’s bad news for his opponents. Asta wins.

Suggested by Anonymous Guyver has returned once more to claim another victim. Groot is a strong tree who has a lot of fans, but at the end of the day I don’t think there will be a whole lot that he can do against Guyver. Guyver’s got a cool suit of armor and a vast amount of strength. Groot isn’t particularly fast so he won’t be able to dodge any of the incoming attacks. Without any super durability to protect himself the fight is over for Groot before it has even begun. Guyver wins.

Asta vs Mineta

Mineta is definitely one of the worst Hero Academy characters if not the worst. His ability to stick to objects will rarely ever be combat useful so right off the bat you know that he’s not going to be very productive in a Shonen Jump show. His best and only option in every fight is to panic and that’s exactly what he will do here. He is absolutely no match for Asta and a single blow will win the day. Mineta will learn the difference between heroes and students. Asta wins.

Kyo Kusanagi vs Marcus

Suggested by Mehama Sadafa Kyo Kusanagi makes his debut onto the blog with this fight. He’s definitely a skilled fighter whose abilities are amped up with his energy attacks. Marcus is in a similar situation and by the end of the series he was still improving. In terms of pure technique I think Kyo would have the edge here, but Marcus’ raw power is on a different level. Once you throw in his Digimon and their combo moves then Kyo really ends up getting left behind. Marcus wins.
