Sangre vs Harpoon

Suggested by Sonic Harpoon is a relatively obscure X-Men villain whose abilities are very similar to Gambits. He can charge objects with energy and then throw them away to blow up the opponent. Sangre can use his bubbles to choke people, but that’s about it and I’m confident that Harpoon could end the fight first by throwing his explosives. Sangre needs more defensive options if he wants to handle an opponent like this. Harpoon wins.

Judgeman vs Thanos

Suggested by Destroyer Judgeman is one of those EXE navies who didn’t have get a manga boost. That’s unfortunate for him since that could have helped his case quite a bit. As it stands, Thanos has quite the edge in raw power and attack options. He could also out speed Judgeman as well. Judgeman can throw the book at Thanos, but it wouldn’t do much more than annoy him. As his other options will not be all that effective either, this is as far as Judgeman goes. Thanos wins.

Kiva vs Meta Knight

Suggested by Someone Meta Knight may not be a traditional looking swordsman in the same way as Link or Marth due to his size, but his skills are certainly very real. He has a powerful ship which was even able to down the Great Fox and he’s given Kirby some tough calls. That being said, I don’t believe he will be able to keep up with Kiva in this round. Kiva has some good sword skills of his own and has a huge advantage in destructive power. A single hit could possibly be fatal for Meta Knight. Kiva wins.

Kiva vs Wario

wario

Suggested by Someone Kiva has returned, but can he handle Wario? Defeating Wario in his normal form would be extremely easy, but Wario is able to transform into Wario-Man by eating some Garlic. That form gives him a decent amount of speed and power to fall back on and helps him to even the playing field. I do think that Kiva still retains the edge and should have more raw power on his side. Speed would be close, but Kiva may be able to win in that field as well. Wario came close, but he was not close enough. Kiva wins.

Thor vs Set

thor1680

Suggested by Big Red Set is a fairly powerful god from mythology and recently got to show what he can do in a fight thanks to the Gods of Egypt film. Set has a great amount of offensive power and speed on his side, but Thor has those abilities and more. Thor has more combat experience than Set will ever accumulate and will ultimately last longer in a close quarters confrontation. Even if Set is a little faster, it will not be enough to cover his disadvantage in power and durability. Thor wins.

Yugi vs Melkor

Suggested by IKnowledge Looks like it is time for Yugi to return and he’s up against another LOTR character. Melkor is definitely supposed to be very powerful and he has a lot of hype backing him up, but Yugi has an array of monsters and feats on his side. I really don’t see Melkor lasting very long against Slifer The Sky Dragon and one good energy blast would finish this fight. Melkor may be cosmic, but Yugi has the heart of the cards! Yugi wins.

Yugi vs Sauron (LOTR)

Suggested by IKnowledge Yugi is a very skilled duelist. While he may have started out in TYami Yugi’s shadow, he eventually mastered the art of dueling as well. He has access to the three Egyptian God Cards and a lot of other monsters are at his disposal as well. Considering that Sauron had trouble with a single warrior, I don’t believe he could stand up to Yugi’s onslaught. That’s not even taking the spell and trap cards into consideration. Sauron is certainly not fast enough to dodge either so he has no choice but to lose! Yugi wins.

Archimonde vs Captain America

Suggested by Random Archimonde is another Warcraft character who finally gets to test his mettle against another fighter. Captain America will be no easy mark though as he has attained the Power Cosmic in the past and is already a good hand to hand fighter as well. Archimonde’s sheer size will help to make this more of an even fight, but he will quickly find out that this advantage is simply not enough. Captain America can easily dodge all of Archimonde’s attacks while countering with his own. It’s a battle strategy that Archimonde cannot hope to get around. Captain America wins.

Kil’jaeden vs Link

Suggested by Random Kil’jaeden has made his debut onto the blog with this fight! He is a powerful villain from the Warcraft franchise who can alter his size for combat. This is a good skill to have, but it’s hardly enough to frighten Link. Link’s taken on dozens of would be conquerors and foes who threatened the entire planet. Link has stopped every last one of them with his bombs and Light Arrows. Kil’jaeden will be no different as he’ll have a tough time landing any meaningful blows through Link’s shield and a few good light arrows will have taken him out. Link wins.

Pyrrha vs Kitten

Suggested by JHG Kitten was a character who showed up in Teen Titans to stir up some drama and trouble, but her actual combat skills aren’t very good. She wouldn’t be able to keep up with someone like Pyrrha for very long. Pyrrha just needs one good sword slash to connect and that shouldn’t be too hard considering how adept she is at close quarters combat. Kitten never stood a chance against such a warrior. Pyrrha wins.
