Dore vs Deathwatch

Marvel Comics Presents #70 - Deathwatch
Deathwatch is one of Ghost Rider’s lesser known villains, but that doesn’t mean that he’s one of the weaker ones. He’s a good hand to hand fighter and he has enhanced speed and strength. Wait a minute, we also just described Dore, except that Dore is much stronger and faster than Deathwatch. I guess we know who wins here eh folks? Dore was even able to block Goku’s attacks for a short while, which shows just how strong he is. Dore wins.

Ken Ichijouji vs Arceus

Ken Ichijouji makes his debut on the blog with this fight. He’s a powerful Digimon tamer who started down the dark path, but eventually learned how to be a good guy. It’s a good thing too since he made for a terrible/unlikable villain. Arceus is a very powerful Pokemon who can theoretically stop any Pokemon attack, but the same can’t be said for Digital ones. Ken has access to Imperialdramon due to composite effects allowing fusions on his roster. Arceus is strong, but he’s not ready to take down this Mega and he would go down for the count. Ken Ichijouji wins.

Jaden vs Superman

Jaden has returned and his next opponent is Superman. Superman is heralded as one of the strongest superheroes in all of comics. I would argue that he is in fact the strongest. He’ll put up a very good fight against Jaden, but he won’t be able to stand up to Jaden’s large array of magical monsters and trap cards. Supreme King Jaden can even make his card effects real so no amount of durability will save Superman forever. Jaden wins.

Roger (American Dad) vs Roger Smith

Roger_Smith
It’s a battle between these two Rogers. Roger Smith pilots the incredibly powerful Big O and he is not a bad hand to hand fighter if necessary. Roger (American Dad) is a mean alien who wouldn’t hesitate to bully someone, but there’s nothing he can do against a robot. He can try to delay the inevitable by retreating to his home, but he will ultimately be hunted down. Roger Smith will bring him in dead or alive, so the other Roger just needs to decide which status is preferable. Roger Smith wins.

Ryu vs Yugi

Yugi has many cards at his disposal including the Egyptian God Cards. These monsters make him a truly formidable threat, but he will still have a large challenge against Ryu here. I think Yugi could handle normal Street Fighter Ryu with a fair amount of ease, but Ryu appeared in Asura’s Wrath which took his abilities to the next level. Ryu’s sheer power will be too much for Yugi right now because a single punch would take down most of Yugi’s monsters and one direct punch would definitely mean Game Over. Yugi would put up an admirable fight, but he would ultimately lose here. Ryu wins.

Clark Still vs Lucina

Lucina is one of those characters that I knew nothing about until I played as her in Super Smash Bros. She is easily one of the most fun characters to use and I remember playing as her quite a bit when the game first came out. I went quite a few months without going back to her, but I’ve now regained my passion for proper spacing and good F smashes so she’s back in the lineup. What’s that have to do with the match? Well, Lucina is incredibly fast and she has a sword so one hit is all that she would need. A single blow would be lethal for Clark and he has no way of dodging. The end is inevitable for him. Lucina wins.

Clark Still vs Balki Bartokomous

Clark Still is a very experienced hand to hand fighter and he is also well acquainted in the use of guns. This essentially means that Balki Bartokomous has no chance of winning this round. He would get completely wrecked in a fist fight and one bullet would mean curtains. His losing streak continues, but Balki only has 1 more request fight in the vault so he is at the end of the line now. Hopefully he can end off on a high note eh? Clark Still wins.

Grumpy Bear vs Bass

GrumpyHub

Grumpy Bear is back, but this is the end of the road for him. I don’t see how he can deal any real damage to Bass. He’ll be completely overwhelmed in this fight and one good hit will take him down for the count. Not even Grumpy Bear’s incredible intellect will save him, but he may have the wits to surrender before things get ugly. Nobody can hope to stop Bass after all. Bass wins.

Grumpy Bear vs Balki Bartokomous

It’s time for Grumpy Bear to make his debut on the blog. At first I thought that Balki might finally have a chance here, but it wasn’t so be. Grumpy Bear has some vague magical powers including a Uni Beam that he can fire from his chest. It is enough to repel Lightning which means that one blast would spell curtains for Balki. Balki never got any fancy superpowers and now it has come back to bite him! Grumpy Bear wins.

Lucy Heartfilia vs Willow Rosenberg

WillowRosenberg
Lucy_Heartfilia_11022011201430
Willow Rosenberg is a pretty skilled magician, but she will have to essentially deal with multiple skilled opponents at once since Lucy can summon her Zodiac fighters to help her. Whether she calls in Leo or the Water fighter, it would be too much for Willow. Spells are only as good as the mage who is summoning them and Willow is a bit of a glass cannon. She can dish out the damage, but she definitely can’t take it. Lucy Heartfilia wins.
