5 Volt is a pretty tricky figure and her rapid attacks can make anyone waver, but Jiggles has this. Jigglypuff has many nicknames from her adoring public and everyone knows that you never want to counter her out. All Jigglypuff needs is a brief opening to land her Rest attack and the match will be history. It’s nearly impossible to get up after such a brutal attack. Jigglypuff wins.

There’s no easy way to say this to Balki, but he can’t win this round. Bass is simply too powerful and his speed knows no limits either. I’m confident that Balki will give this match his all, but a single Dark Arm Blade should be enough to take him out of the fight. This is a gap in power that cannot be bridged simply with determination and Bass rises up the blog ranks once more. Bass wins.

It’s been quite a while since we’ve seen good ole Lazerman on the blog, but unfortunately this isn’t a social visit. He’s up against one of the meanest fighters to ever land on the galaxy and I’m afraid that Lazerman is simply out of his depth here. He can attempt to use one of his famous Disruption blasts, but his speed is not enough for him to keep up with this fighter. The Akuma has the edge in both speed and power. Level 4 Akuma wins.

Duck Hunt Dog vs Duck

Duck Hunt Dog arrives on the blog. Typically he would be counted as a normal dog, but being playable in Smash Bros has its perks so he can arrive on the site as his own man. The same doesn’t apply for the Duck, but at least he got his moment in the spotlight. When it comes down to a fight, I think it’s safe to say that the Duck Hunt Dog will manage to take the win here. All he needs is one good hit to take the round. Duck Hunt Dog wins.

Balki Bartokomous makes his debut on the blog with this match alongside Ms Pac Man. Both of these fighters are very talented and they don’t typically crumble under pressure. That being said, Ms Pac Man draws her powers from the magical pellets that are scattered around the land and the super strength that she obtains should be more than a match for Balki’s abilities. Ms Pac Man wins.

Bionic Bunny is back, but now he’s up against the legendary plumber! Mario may not look all that impressive from afar, but he’s actually quite skilled in close quarters combat. His punishing attacks would deal a lot of damage to Bionic Bunny and he can also engage in an aerial battle thanks to his flying form from Galaxy. Bionic Bunny has a lot of power as well, but he’s not quick enough to get in Mario’s way. Mario wins.

Aichi Sendou is back and now he’s up against Misaki! Misaki uses the Oracle Think Tank for most of her duels and I definitely wasn’t a fan of that deck. Misaki is a smart fighter, but her cards simply aren’t as strong as Aichi’s. Addding in the fact that Aichi can use super abilities in the real world makes this fight a little lopsided in the end. Is there any cardfighter who can defeat him? Aichi Sendou wins.

It is certainly tempting to go for Bionic Bunny here, but I’m afraid that he won’t be winning this round. We simply haven’t seen enough of his speed and strength to assume that he would significantly outclass Kirby. Kirby has Samus’s Power Blast coupled with many other good abilities like Villager’s pocket. Bionic Bunny will have to dodge an onslaught of attacks and I don’t think he will have the speed to do this. Kirby wins.

Aichi Sendou vs Kourin

Aichi Sendou is one of the greatest card fighters of all time so it’s definitely going to be tough to defeat him. Kourin has some Link Joker units in her deck, but Aichi has been shown to be the stronger fighter while using this clan. His Psyqualia also gives him the edge over all fighters when he wields a normal deck. He’s simply too powerful to lose this round and not even a professional like Kourin can take him down. Aichi Sendou wins.

This was a surprisingly close match considering that I didn’t consider Angron to be much of a contender for Hulk at the times. His feats are fairly impressive and Angron’s physical strength probably does surpass most of Hulk’s incarnations. If this was just normal Hulk against Angron, I would definitely give the win to the latter. That being said, thanks to composite rules, Hulk has access to his Captain Universe abilities, which makes this match less close than it would seem. Cosmic abilities tend to give you a big edge in a fight. Hulk wins.
