Bubbleman may have managed to last a while in the Megaman franchise, but he’s still no match for someone like Bly. Bly has some immense power and completely overwhelming speed. Bly is back and it seems like his win streak will continue! Nobody is able to stop Bly when he’s on a roll and I don’t think that Anetta would be able to land a good hit in this round. Bly’s just far too fast and far too powerful. Just about anyone would be defeated by him in an instant. Bly wins.
