Jacob Frye vs Hellboy

Suggested by Anonymous Jacob is another character from the Assassin’s Creed games who is here to challenge Hellboy. Ultimately he will fall just like the rest though. Free running and being able to fight in close quarters like other characters just isn’t enough to take on a demon like this. Hellboy has fought with many demons and monsters in the past and ultimately came out alive. It would be difficult for Jacob to do the same. He may be able to dodge the fire blasts for a little while but he will tire eventually and then go down against Hellboy’s raw power. Hellboy wins.

Kagura (Fairy Tail) vs Lloyd

Both of these characters are skilled with a blade but there’s just no contest here. While you can make the case that Lloyd’s sword is superior to Kagura’s, his raw power is not. She was able to take on a fighter as skilled as Erza without even unsheathing her blade. Kagura’s destructive abilities and speed are also far greater than Lloyd’s. He would have a very difficult time trying to block or evade her strikes. There’s no way you can win when the gap is that vast. Ultimately that’s why he would be at a disadvantage here. No matter what he does, Lloyd will be outmaneuvered in the end. Kagura (Fairy Tail) wins.

Great Grey Wolf Sif vs Lloyd

Lloyd has returned for a battle of swordsmen. This Wolf is pretty skilled to be able to wield a sword at all. You have to admit that it’s fairly impressive. That said, Lloyd has elemental spells at his disposal and a sword that can effectively rewrite reality. His better equipment really makes this no contest because he can slice through the Wolf’s blade. No matter how strong this wolf may be, his sword just can’t compete with Lloyd’s equipment which means that he is ultimately doomed in combat. There’s just nothing that he can do here. Lloyd wins.

Shay Cormac vs Hellboy

Suggested by Anonymous Hellboy’s been on a bit of a roll and it looks like this won’t end here. Shay if anything is actually a little weaker than Hellboy’s last two opponents. He won’t be able to do much of anything here. Fighting a demonic opponent like this is far above anything Shay has had to do in the past. His swordsmanship won’t due a whole lot of good against Hellboy’s rock hard skin and Shay has no answer to the fire breath. No matter how you slice it Shay is definitely out of his league here. I don’t really see him being able to make any kind of comeback. Hellboy wins.

Ratonhnhaké:ton vs Hellboy

Suggested by Anonymous This match plays out very similarly to the last one. Raton has a solid amount of super strength and other abilities at his disposal. It’s not quite as good as the Thing or anything like that, but his abilities are definitely higher than the average human’s. That being said, Hellboy’s abilities are greater still. He can overwhelm his opponents with fire or devastating hits from his power arm. His speed is also pretty good. While his durability won’t be enough to protect him from the sacred weapons, Hellboy will still be able to overcome this opponent because he wins in basically every stat. Hellboy wins.

Edward Kenway vs Hellboy

Suggested by Anonymous Edward Kenway is a very skilled hand to hand fighter. His Eagle vision also means that he is much more aware of what is going on around him than the average fighter. His heightened abilities would worry most mortals but Hellboy will still be able to claim victory here. Lets not forget that Hellboy has super strength of his own and a lot of durability. Kenway’s weapons would hurt Hellboy when they land, but Hellboy’s speed would ensure a trade at worse and Edward would take more damage. He would certainly go down first. Hellboy wins.

Great Grey Wolf Sif vs Kuma

Tekken2_Kuma_Render

Suggested by iKnowledge Size isn’t everything. Trust me, I know that pretty well after doing so many fights on the site. That being said, it is a pretty big factor here since Kuma will have an incredibly hard time dodging Sif’s large sword. A single clean strike could end the match. Kuma has really good hand to hand techniques but the difference in raw power is pretty crazy here. Kuma won’t be strong enough to deflect the strikes at all and at the end of the day that’s really going to cost him. Great Grey Wolf Sif wins.

Farnese vs Fang (FF)

Suggested by iKnowledge Farnese has never been much of a fighter. She has trained long and hard to change this though and has now gotten to the point where her magical abilities can aid herself and others. She’s no longer someone that can be pushed around, but she’s not quite as Fang’s level. Fang has her Bahamut summon in addition to a large array of physical and magical spells. I don’t really see Farnese being able to do a whole lot against an exceptional fighter like this. Fang is just way too versatile. Fang (FF) wins.

Mihawk vs Guts

Suggested by iKnowledge It’s time to take a look at a battle of master swordsmen. When it comes to overall technique I’d say without question that Mihawk is superior. He has really trained himself to the upper limits of how to wield a sword. His concentration is absolute and his power is without question. Where Guts has a chance here is with his speed. In his berserker armored state his speed is incredible. Is it enough to get past Mihawk’s haki and reaction times though? Right now I’d say no to that. Mihawk is simply too formidable and would block any incoming strike. He could then be able to end this with a counter move. Mihawk wins.

Saten Ruiko vs Frenda

Saten is one of those characters in Index who appears a lot but rarely gets to contribute all that much because she lacks any real super abilities. Perhaps one day she will awaken them and become a true threat but until then she’s out of luck here. Frenda is an explosives expert who can use her stuffed animals to deal a whole lot of damage. Additionally as an assassin Frenda has some pretty good hand to hand abilities up her sleeve as well. Saten won’t really be able to keep up with her for very long. These two are just on different levels at this point. Saten’s best bet here would be to try and retreat but ultimately that will only buy some time. Frenda wins.
