Suggested by Anonymous Shikamaru may be a master strategist but there definitely does come a point where it just doesn’t help a whole lot. Isshiki’s just way too powerful of a fighter for this to even matter in the end. Shikamaru’s shadows likely wouldn’t be strong enough to hold him either which puts the guy at even more of a disadvantage. Isshiki Otsutsuki wins.

Thor has a lot of power as well but just doesn’t have the speed needed to land his blows. Isshiki will always have the edge thanks to this since he can land hits and keep dodging until they finish the job. Isshiki Otsutsuki wins.
Suggested by Anonymous Tobirama never got as much hype as the other Hokages but the guy does pack a punch. He would have to be one of the stronger Naruto characters. That doesn’t mean he’s ready for the next gen though and he would ultimately fall fairly quick against this guy. Isshiki is just in a completely different league. Isshiki Otsutsuki wins.
Suggested by Anonymous The Third Hokage is known as the professor since he knows so many Ninjutsu. He would have a lot of tricks in his arsenal but the problem is that they just wouldn’t do much of anything here. The power gap is too large and Isshiki can destroy him with a simple move from just about anywhere. Hiruzen would have no time to dodge. Isshiki Otsutsuki wins.
Suggested by Anonymous Minato was known as the Yellow Flash because of fast he was. The guy can move almost instantly to any place he has left a marker. It’s a very impressive skill to be sure and it makes him a threat but that’s just not enough in this round. Minato would need some powerful Ninjutsu to even make a dent in this guy. Suggested by Anonymous Isshiki Otsutsuki returns for battle and now he’s up against Tsunade. Tsunade has good healing abilities and is strong in her own right, but Isshiki is just on a completely different level. She would not be able to keep up with his attacks and one move could very well end the match. This guy’s just unstoppable. Isshiki Otsutsuki wins.
Suggested by Anonymous Kakashi is a powerful fighter with his Lightning Blade but he really wouldn’t stand a chance against Isshiki. Isshiki has physical power and speed far beyond anything Kakashi has ever had to deal with. The experienced ninja would just be overwhelmed and no tactical advantage could overcome this gap. Isshiki Otsutsuki wins.
Isshiki Otsutsuki can absorb energy and fight at a high speed so in a way this fighting style is like Android 17. That said, Android 17’s taken on guys like Jiren in the past and his forcefields have held out for a bit. Isshiki will have a very difficult time breaching Android 17’s defenses and definitely won’t be able to do it in time to grab a win here. Android 17 wins.

Isshiki is one of the strongest fighters in his verse for good reason. Dean would have to try really hard to keep this guy down and it’s just not happening. There’s nothing in the Supernatural verse that could do the trick so that means Dean is out of options here. Isshiki Ōtsutsuki wins.
Suggested by Anonymous Sam has seen a whole lot during his travels. He’s dealt with every kind of supernatural boss there is but he’s still not ready for this alien. Isshiki could wipe Sam off the face of the Earth with a single move and the guy would not have had any time to prepare a proper counter move.
