Dr Manhattan vs Thanos

Suggested by superduperawesomeguy Dr Manhattan is a being that we can barely even comprehend from Watchmen. His power are nigh unlimited but with the Infinity Gauntlet so is Thanos. Thanos also obtained the Cosmic Cube at one point so mixing both abilities in would increase his abilities even further and in base mode he is already about as strong as the Hulk if not stronger. I don’t think Manhattan would be able to last against such a fighter as Thanos will overwhelm him with an all out offensive. It’s just nearly impossible to stop all of his attacks and eventually some will land. Thanos wins.

Suggested by iKnowledge Euron is a master hand to hand combatant who also has a high resistance to pain. As he can laugh off normal stab wounds it is safe to say that he is almost super human. It’s unlikely that Stannis would be able to defeat him. Euron would die to a full stab of course, but since glancing blows won’t work too well Stannis will just be overwhelmed. He simply won’t be able to last against such an opponent. Euron Greyjoy wins.

Suggested by iKnowledge It’s time for a battle of two Game of Throne characters. Randyll is a capable commander who knows how to lead his troops around, but in combat I don’t think he would have the speed or stamina needed to defeat Stannis. Stannis has seen his share of battlegrounds and knows how to fight as well as lead. Randyll could probably give him a good run for his money and in a battle of mortals one stab is all that either side needs to win. I think Stannis would get the critical blow though. Stannis Baratheon wins.

Suggested by Anonymous Zoom has really been put through the gauntlet over the course of these last few battles. We are now seeing just how dangerous he is, but also what Zoom’s limits are. The fight against Thanos is similar to when he fought Darkseid except for one clear difference, Darkseid is much faster than Thanos. Thanos will be able to endure a lot of Zoom’s attacks, but he will eventually be taken down. Unlike some of Zoom’s previous opponents, I don’t think Thanos would be quick enough to land the hits that he would need to secure the win. Even with the Gauntlet as he throws blast after blast at Zoom it just won’t be quick enough to hit him. Zoom (Zolomon) wins.

Suggested by Anonymous The Spectre is certainly a powerful foe. He has withstood punches from Superman and has some pretty good energy blasts as well. Still, I don’t think he will be able to handle someone like Zoom. Zoom will be…zooming around Spectre throughout the fight and landing hundreds of blows a second. That much damage will quickly stun and knock out the cosmic being. Spectre can take a hit, but his defense will eventually falter and that will be the end of the match. Zoom (Zolomon) wins.

Suggested by Anonymous Zoom is definitely a tricky DC fighter when it comes to determining if he will win or not. He’s certainly not a powerhouse in the way that Superman or Wonder Woman are, but his speed makes any fight potentially winnable for him. Wonder Woman has shown great moments of speed as well though and given that a single punch could deal a lot of damage I do think that she would have the edge in this fight. Eventually she would be able to land a solid blow and that would be enough. Still, it wouldn’t be an easy fight and Wonder Woman would have to take the blindfold off. Wonder Woman wins.

It’s time for Tsurugi to return to the blog, but I’m afraid that this next battle won’t be quite so easy for him. His final form makes him look a little like a Saint, but he certainly doesn’t have the same level of power to match one. Seiya would be able to run rings around Tsurugi and the difference in power was notable even from the first arc of Saint Seiya. Tsurugi may have lost here, but perhaps he will be back someday to claim more victories. Pegasus Seiya wins.

Suggested by Destroyer Gandalf is a good magician in his own right, but he is old and certainly not very agile. Kirby can easily keep on sidestepping his blows while launching counters of his own. Kirby’s various skills like his sword slashes would deal massive damage to the glass cannon known as Gandalf. This is one time where youth trumps experience. Kirby wins.

Zanya Kisaragi vs Magoroku Shido

Suggested by Sonic Zanya Kisaragi is a fairly skilled Buddyfighter who even has his own Omni Lord. The collections of spells and monsters that he has is formidable, but I don’t think it will be enough to match Shido. Shido has many monsters of his own thanks to the fact that he fought in many duels during season 2 and kept switching up his deck. The fodder don’t amount to a whole lot, but he got quite a few size 3 monsters which would be enough to overwhelm Zanya’s Omni Lord and secure the victory. It’s not an easy win, but one that I think Shido should have rather handily. Magoroku Shido wins.

The One Above All is said to be a being who is as far beyond mortals as mortals are above cheese sandwiches. That being said, he has yet to get any feats to actually support this. Tsurugi also gets a lot of hype that he never actually lives up to, but he does still manage to fight when it counts. He could stab TOAA with his shield or just deliver a few punches and that would probably be enough to win here. He’s just more skilled than this cosmic being. Tsurugi wins.
