Sailor Moon vs Zatanna

Suggested by Sonic Zatanna’s magical abilities are certainly formidable but the issue is that her physical speed isn’t all that great. That means Sailor Moon should definitely be able to fire off her more powerful energy blasts before Zatanna can put her down. It’s a rough matchup for the mage because she can’t exploit Sailor Moon’s biggest weakness which is that she’s a glass cannon. Sailor Moon wins.

Rock Howard vs Leorio

Suggested by iKnowledge Leorio has his nen abilities now so he can put a much better fight than back in the day but he still hasn’t shown enough to be able to stop Rock yet. Rock has aura abilities of his own and much better close quarter combat skills so it’s hard to see him going down. He’ll be able to react to Leorio’s attacks well enough and counter appropriately. Leorio won’t be able to keep up. Rock Howard wins.

Kula Diamond vs Mariko Yashida

Suggested by iKknowledge Mariko has the definite type advantage here which is important but I don’t think it’s going to be quite enough this time. Kula’s ice is at a disadvantage but she makes up for it with her expert hand to hand skills and sheer power behind the ice strikes. Mariko’s fire will not be enough to melt the attacks in time and she doesn’t have the stamina to keep it up nearly as long either. This is where combat ability makes the difference. Kula Diamond wins.

Rouge (Power Stone) vs Minerva

Suggested by iKnowledge Rouge is a tough fighter but she doesn’t have the sheer destructive abilities that Minerva possesses. Minerva’s energy blasts cover a large area and she was confident enough in her strength to interrupt one of Natsu’s fights. Her sheer magical energy would completely overwhelm any attack Rouge tries to use. Rouge just doesn’t have the speed to dodge the attacks either. Minerva wins.

Selh’teus vs Kurama

Suggested by iKnowledge Selh’teus is a powerful fighter with good light element attacks. Light skills are always really handy whether it’s in a combat or healing context. That said, Kurama still takes the win rather easily here because he completely outranks Selh’teus in both speed and power. That guy will not be able to come anywhere close to Kurama’s level, not yet at least. Kurama can dodge any attack that is fired his way and won’t need many to take Selh’teus down for the count. Kurama wins.

Squall Leonhart vs Rathalos

Suggested by iKnowledge Squall Leonhart is a powerful warrior and definitely someone who has a lot of experience in slaying monsters. Rathalos is a powerful dragon but I don’t see him faring too well here. The main issue he’s going to come across is that Squall’s weaponry can cleave right through him in an instant. Squall also has magical abilities to support himself and so his options are way more well rounded. There’s no way he loses this one. Squall Leonhart wins.

Freefall vs Tecna

Suggested by iKnowledge Freefall has some really solid gravity powers which always means that she has a fighting chance. Personally I find that element to be particularly impressive because there is just so much that you can do with gravity. I don’t think it’ll be enough to stop Tecna though. Tecna has a large variety of energy blasts and shield techniques that she can use to stop any attack. While gravity would not be affected, Freefall will be busy trying to block Tecna’s attacks. Tecna wins.

Robin (Tim) vs ROB

Suggested by Sonic Tim got some powers in the limited series Robin Eternal which included healing regen and some super strength. It definitely helps to buff him from the fighter he once was, although I wouldn’t say it’s super drastic or anything. It gives him a fighting chance here but ultimately I do think that ROB should still have the edge. His endless laser blasts and heavy artillery will be too much for Robin to overcome. Robin (Tim) wins.

Tabuu vs Nightmare

Suggested by Sonic Nightmare is one of those villains who doesn’t really fear anyone. Whenever he walks on the stage it’s the opponent who has to get a little scared. Well, this time he has met his match against the cosmic being known as Tabuu. While Tabuu is certainly not a Nintendo buster like you may have thought based on the story, he is still strong and has enough long range options to keep Nightmare at bay. Nightmare will never have a chance to get in close with all of the energy blasts and whips going at him. Tabuu wins.

Solomon Grundy vs Red Hulk

Suggested by Sonic Solomon Grundy is one of the most powerful villains around. At his best he was even able to overpower Superman for a little while. As strong as Red Hulk is, he’s not doing that. Red Hulk’s greatest advantage in this fight is that he actually has long range options while Grundy has to fight up close. This won’t help a whole lot though because those options aren’t enough to significantly damage Grundy. So all Grundy has to do is get close and then it’s curtains since he’s that much stronger. Solomon Grundy wins.
