Sulley vs One Above All

This is a tribute to Monsters Inc. I’m tempted to give Sulley a loss since he looked really bad in the final fight, but for the most part he seemed like a pretty stand up guy so I’ll give him a pass there. His job is built around scaring people and I have a sneaking suspicion that even TOAA would feel a little fright upon meeting this guy. Don’t let Sulley’s happy design fool you, he can be quite fierce when he needs to be. A single punch would likely knock TOAA out of the fight. Sulley wins.

Nick Gant vs Roger Rabbit

Rogerpoint
This is a tribute to both the Roger Rabbit movie and Push. Roger looked very bad in his own film as he was knocked out and pushed around by basically everybody. Nick’s whole ability is that he can push people around so you can probably see where this is going. Roger will have a very hard time trying to survive in this match up as he has nowhere to run and certainly can’t fight in hand to hand combat. I don’t see any scenario here where he comes out on top so I’m afraid that it’s game over for this rabbit. Nick Gant wins.

Spica vs Peach

Suggested by Destroyer Spica is a good Detective or at least she has little friends who help her solve the case. At the end of the day, she gets results and that’s what counts. Unfortunately for her, Spica’s hand to hand skills are very limited and won’t help her a great deal in a fight. Peach is the more impressive fighter and will quickly take the advantage. Peach wins.

Drum Bunker Dragon vs Gremlin (Buddyfight)

unnamed (2)
Suggested by Sonic It’s rare that a monster beats a user in any Cardfight show. However, this is what will have happened in this fight. Gremlin has a handful of monsters at his disposal and an even smaller amount that could possibly give Drum any challenge. The problem is that he simply doesn’t have enough of them to compensate for Drum’s overwhelming fire power. Drum has 3-5 different super forms at his disposal and they aren’t around just for looks. Gremlin can activate all of the spell cards that he wants, but it will only buy a little time at best. Drum Bunker Dragon wins.

Esdeath vs Caulifla

maxresdefault (1)
Suggested by Random Esdeath is an ice master the likes of which are rare all across media. Her speed and reflexes prevent her ice abilities from becoming a crutch either. Still, the ice won’t work as a weapon this time since Caulifla can easily shatter it with her aura. Caulifla’s speed will also surpass Esdeath’s reflexes and let’s not get started on her long range advantage. Caulifla is off to a good start on this fighting blog. Caulifla wins.

Black Panther vs Windeagle

Black Panther has returned to face off against one of his old foes. The Windeagle may have a gun, but that doesn’t automatically mean that he is an incredible villain to be feared. Black Panther still has the vastly superior hand to hand skills which will help him win this match up with ease. He is faster and stronger than Windeagle so there is little chance for the villain to tip the scales. Windeagle will likely fade from our memories once more. Black Panther wins.

Mario vs Roy (Koopa Kid)

AnimeRoy
Roy is one of those Koopa Kids who never seems like he is quite a match for Mario. That being said, he does give his all in every fight. I like to think that maybe he could land a hit on Mario, but the plumber is so athletic that it would definitely be a tough feat. Meanwhile Mario would be landing a ton of hits and that’s why he definitely has the advantage here by a long shot. He won’t even need a Power Star. Mario wins.

Ruby (Tekken) vs Ruby Rose

ubouPlH
Ruby
Ruby is a new Tekken character who made her debut in the mobile title. She is a formidable hand to hand fighter who has clearly been trained well, but she is no match for this hunter. Ruby Rose may not be the best at close quarters combat, but her speed is far greater than that of this Ruby and she also has her Silver Eyes ability which would blast her opponent away. You can’t defeat what you can’t catch. Ruby Rose wins.

Suki vs Asami Sato

Suki
Suggested by Eric This match is definitely really close and one of those that could go either way if I ever end up seeing the show. Suki is the superior hand to hand fighter, but Asami’s glove is potentially a one hit KO attack which means that you really can’t count her out of this fight. I think that with her speed it is more than reasonable to assume that she could land a hit if Suki was unarmed, but she still has her sword at the ready. I think the superior fighter should have a better chance of landing the decisive blow. Suki wins.

Draco Malfoy vs Dex

Suggested by Megapot Draco is one of those bullies who really goes all out when trying to make his victims miserable. That being said, he is only reasonably skilled and Harry Potter quickly surpassed him. Dex may not be as athletic or talented as Draco, but he does have his Full Synchro at the ready and with Gutsman he quickly jumps to a whole different league of power. Draco just won’t be able to keep up with him. Dex wins.
