J Carroll Corcoran vs Howard Aguello

Suggested by Destroyer Carroll is a pretty tough politician at least when it comes to verbal debates. On the battlefield that can’t be said and he has no gun so that really puts him in a difficult spot. He has no real way to dodge Howard’s attacks and in a fight I feel like Howard would have the edge as well. Carroll has exactly 0 combat experience over the years so he wouldn’t even know how to deal with Howard here. It’s one of those rare occasions where Howard gets a clean victory. Howard Aguello wins.

Howard Aguello vs Shark

Suggested by Destroyer Howard has a gun but I don’t see that working too well here. Sharks can grow to pretty large sizes and Jaws was able to do pretty well even when confronted with a gun. Howard would need to be able to stay brave even in the presence of a big shark and I don’t see him doing that. If he misses even a single shot then it’s game over. As soon as the Shark gets his fangs into Howard that will be the end of the match. It’s just game over at this point. Shark wins.

Terra Branford vs Lightning

Terra Branford is one of the stronger Final Fantasy characters. The fact that she has mastered all of the elements and a considerable amount of summons is worth mentioning. She also was able to go up against Sephiroth even if she didn’t win. I would not place her above Lightning though. The speed difference here is pretty critical. Lightning can also match all of Terra’s offensive moves and then some. Her manipulation over time is an added bonus. I see this as being a pretty intense fight but one that Lightning would ultimately win.

Lumiya vs Cinder

Lumiya has exceptional Force abilities and was even able to give Luke a run for his money. That won’t be enough against Cinder though. Cinder may lose a lot of fights but she is always ready to get back up and go another round. Her Maiden abilities are still formidable and she tends to keep her fights close. She would be able to completely overwhelm Lumiya with her fire attacks so the Sith would have no opportunity to focus on her mental abilities. Cinder’s savage attacks would end this quickly. Cinder wins.

Jennifer Kale vs Raven Branwen

Jennifer has a lot of good magical abilities at her disposal. Her raw power is quite impressive and her speed isn’t half bad. With a few more power boosts she would possibly have a decent chance here. Raven’s Maiden powers give her an absolute edge though. She has been trained to fight with them for a long time now and has mastered the elements as well as conjuring up extra weapons. Jennifer wouldn’t be able to get Raven off balance and would have a hard time trying to escape her combo attacks before it’s too late. Raven Branwen wins.

Android 19 vs Tharja

Android 19 has returned and this is a pretty great matchup for him. Tharja has a lot of dark energy abilities but those don’t work very well on an Android who can absorb all such attacks. Tharja’s best bet here is to just try to survive with her close quarter moves which aren’t bad but they definitely won’t be enough to win here. I’d say that at the end of the day Android 19’s definitely going to have a pretty easy win here. There’s just no way to keep him down for the count and his physical abilities are vastly superior to hers. Android 19 wins.

Android 19 vs Layla

Layla is powerful but Android 19 was able to take down a full powered Super Saiyan. I can’t really see Layla pulling something like that off at this point. Her abilities are impressive and her multiple LRigs would be able to overwhelm most opponents but Android 19 is not one of them. His energy absorption will also be pretty useful for her backup fighters. Layla is a hand to hand combatant but that still just won’t be enough to turn the tides here. Android 19 wins.

John Shepard vs Layla

John Shepard is a capable fighter who is good with a gun and can even fight hand to hand if needed. That said, he won’t be able to keep up with Layla’s savage fight style. She will be able to quickly overwhelm him here. Not only does she have some trap cards at the ready but she even has other LRigs at her disposal. Their stats are all quite impressive and once Layla enters her berserk mode John Shepard will have no choice but to retreat. Layla wins.

Endeavor vs All Might

All Might was the #1 hero in his world for a good reason. His abilities are completely off the charts. Endeavor really has no chance in a straight fight. Not only is All Might able to endure his flames but his speed and power means he never has to be hit. He can use wind pressure to keep the flames off of him and then dispatch Endeavor right away. In his prime All Might is just leagues beyond anything his fellow heroes can do. All Might wins.

Count Nefaria vs Thor

Count Nefaria is a pretty powerful opponent to the point where he was able to easily best the Avengers. He has also gotten the better of Thor on occasion. At their peaks though I would take Thor to defeat Nefaria. Thor has more stamina and is able to maintain his power level for greater periods of time than Nefaria. Ultimately Nefaria is able to boost his power level to around Thor’s level but he has less experience using these abilities. Thor wins.
