Isabelle vs Geemel

Suggested by Anonymous Isabelle is a nice character who means well, but she really isn’t ready to fight someone like Geemel. Geemel has speed and power on his side. The guy won’t even really need his weapon here since a quick punch ought to end this. Isabelle has a lot of little gadgets on her side, but they weren’t really built for combat. She’s a creative character who may try to lay down some traps but I don’t believe they would so much as scratch Geemel’s armor. This isn’t a fight she can win. Geemel wins.

Smithy vs Redips

Suggested by Anonymous Smithy is a fairly well known Mario villain who has a pretty cool design. The guy can fight well enough, but his specs aren’t nearly as high as Redips. In his final form Redips has enough power to use the Giga elemental attacks and any one of those would cause massive damage to Smithy. I just don’t see how he would be able to stand up to Redips for very long. Redips can crush him with physical power or use his energy abilities. Either one works. Redips wins.

Noelle vs Bass

Noelle’s Sea Dragon Roar won’t really do anything here because Bass has a cloak which makes him totally immune to projectiles. Getting around that just won’t be possible. Noelle also has her physical options like her spears through her armor, but Bass is too fast to get hit by that. This is just a matchup where victory is impossible because Bass is just too strong and too fast to be stopped. When you’re up against an invincible foe like this all you can try to do is put up a good fight. Bass wins.

Bass vs Suiryu

Suiryu is quite powerful and has done well for himself on the blog today, but he isn’t quite ready to stand up to Bass. Bass is still the strongest being of all time and he would be able to keep up with Suiryu quite easily. The fight would potentially go the same way as his fight with Saitama, only Bass wouldn’t humor him for nearly as long. Bass just doesn’t have that kind of time and there is no stat where Suiryu can match him. Bass wins.

Slash Beast vs Roark

Suggested by Anonymous Roark has a good array of powerful Pokemon at his disposal including Rampharos, Onyx, and Tyranitar. While he may not have more Pokemon at his disposal than some other trainers, pretty much all of them are power hitters. Slash Beast has a lot of power in his own right, but it’s just not going to be enough to stop Roark. The sheer numbers would quickly overwhelm Slash Beast and his abilities aren’t the most impressive anyway. Slash mostly relies on close quarters combat and that’s not a good idea when you’re up against an army. If your speed is good enough then you can get around this, but it’s really not going to best Roark. Roark wins.

Garou vs Aggron

Aggron is a Pokemon that really prides himself on how powerful the armor coating is. It’s not something that would really phase Garou though. Garou’s hand to hand abilities are also pretty crazy and one chop would take Aggron down for the count. Garou’s attacks aren’t really moves that you can hope to deal with. Few characters in media have the defensive abilities needed to stop Garou’s punishing assault. Aggron is definitely not one of them so he would go down pretty quickly. Garou wins.

Swampert vs Suiryu

Swampert is a pretty cool Pokemon who never got quite as well known as you would have expected. His signature Muddy Water attack was always a lot of fun to use back in the day. Suiryu won’t have a problem dodging or slicing the water away though. Suiryu is one of the stronger One Punch Man heroes and people are still waiting for him to show up and take more names some day. His physical abilities are just out of this world and he could likely take Swampert down before the Pokemon knows what hit him. Suiryu wins.

Mimikyu vs Copy X

Suggested by Anonymous Mimikyu is a pretty cool Pokemon. I liked his active grudge against Pikachu as it made for an interesting rivalry. If he gets a claw on Copy X then he will be able to deal massive damage but I just don’t see how he would plan to accomplish this. Copy X has tremendous abilities that he has attained over the years to the point where I’d say he is one of the strongest X characters. Mimikyu would ultimately just be out of his league here and would get blown away. Copy X wins.

Dynamo vs Gate

Suggested by Dylan Hooton Gate got some pretty great physical abilities after taking a part of Zero and unlocking his golden form. His speed and power are considerable and that should give Dynamo a lot of trouble. Dynamo is proficient with both his blade as well as his blaster which should help him keep things interesting though. He has appeared in two games which is rare and was able to keep up with the expert maverick hunters as well. In the end I would give him the edge because his moves are more versatile. Gate’s invincibility isn’t absolute and Dynamo should be able to exploit the moments when it isn’t activated. The hits will ultimately add up. Dynamo wins.

Lance vs Noelle

Lance is known as the dragon master and does have a lot of solid skills at his disposal. I don’t believe it would really be enough to do anything against Noelle though. The numbers would give her some trouble and the match really isn’t that one sided. Noelle mainly wins this because her dodging skills are so exceptional and her raw power ensures that Lance’s Pokemon will be taking massive damage with each hit. There’s just not a lot that they can do to stop her. Lance would need at least one more powerful Pokemon to try. Noelle wins.
